Tennessee Cider House

2 oz Belle Meade Bourbon
.5 oz apple cider reduction
1 dash orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube or sphere and garnish with apple slices.

Apple Cider Reduction: Added 3 cups of apple cider, 4 cinnamon sticks, 12 cloves and 2 orange slices to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer until the mixture is reduced by half. Strain the orange and spices and store the reduction in the refrigerator.
