Bloody Belle

Celebrate Sunday Funday by mixing up a batch of Bloody Belles! The rye spice of Belle Meade Bourbon plays well with the heat of the bloody mix. Perfect for brunches and game days, the Bloody Belle is best served with a garnish of your favorite snacks. We recommend olives, peppers, cheese and pickles – but feel free to create your own!

Bloody Mix
32 oz tomato juice
4 oz lemon
4 oz lime
5 oz Worcestershire
4 oz horseradish
1 bottle (12.5 oz) Valentina hot sauce
Celery salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Mix tomato juice, lemon, lime, Worcestershire, horseradish and hot sauce in a large container. Add celery salt and pepper to taste and mix well. For each serving, pour 1 ½ ounces of Belle Meade Bourbon into a Collins glass. Add ice and top with bloody mix. Stir to combine and garnish with a lime wedge and a skewer of your favorite snacks.
