2oz Belle Meade Bourbon
1/4 oz Dry Orange Curaçao
1/4 oz Peach Infused White Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 dash Celery Bitters
Club Soda
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into Collins glass over ice. Top with club soda.

Here’s a cocktail that combines sweet with savory and works well for the summer when peaches are perfect. The peach infused balsamic vinegar brings both the peach flavor as well as a bit tang to balance the sweet elements and liven the pallet.
