The Buggy Whip

Ingredients:

1 ounce Belle Meade Bourbon
1/2 ounce Orange Liqueur (Cointreau)
1/2 ounce Apple Liqueur (Berentzen)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Top with Brut Champagne/Dry Sparkling Wine

Build: In Glass

Glass: Champagne Flute

Ice: None

Garnish: Lemon Pig Tail 

Note: Keep ingredients cold before mixing.

The Buggy Whip brings two flavors that work perfectly with Bourbon, Apple and Orange, and accentuates them with the spices of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg all while bringing bubbly to the party to keep things from getting too sweet.
