Back By Popular Demand, Cask Strength Reserve is where we allow small batch bourbon to express itself in its purest form, uncut, unfiltered, and unapologetically bold. Blending five barrel “baby batches” (sorry for the inevitable ear worm about ribs from the 90s)of 7-11 year old bourbon selected from the nation’s top distilleries, each batch is a study in character. No two are exactly alike, and that’s precisely the point.
We give every batch a name as well as a number, because each one has its own identity. Some are bright and expressive, others rich and contemplative, but all share the same foundation, carefully selected barrels, blended with intention, and bottled at their natural strength.
The higher proof of Cask Strength Reserve brings intensity, texture, and depth, revealing layers that only emerge when nothing is held back. The high-rye backbone carries through, delivering structure and spice, while each batch tells its own story in flavor, aroma, and finish.
