The most promising well aged barrels in our inventory get tasted. The ones that have the depth and quality of a Single Barrel but fall shy in proof? We set them aside. Then we blend them with select higher-proof barrels that lift the proof and amplify the flavor creating a whiskey that’s far more than the sum of its parts.
Averaging 7 - 11 years in age, the result is rich, powerful, and unapologetically full-flavored. Not chill filtered, so every drop delivers maximum complexity.
