Bourbon Belle Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

2 ounces Belle Meade Bourbon
¼ - ½ ounce Maple Syrup (to taste)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters

Build: Stir

Glass: Double Rocks

Ice: Single Sphere or Cube

Garnish: Expressed Orange Peel Inserted

Instructions: Place all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir briefly. Strain drink into rocks glass over ice. Express the orange peel over the drink, insert it, and enjoy. 

Note: Easy to make with only off the shelf ingredients. A modern riff on a classic.
