2 oz Belle Meade Bourbon
1 oz Louisa's Liqueur
1 oz Heavy Cream
3/4 oz Demerara Syrup*
2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 Large Whole Egg
Garnish: 5 drops Angostura Bitters
Crack egg into a cocktail shaker tin and then scramble the egg with a utensil. Add all other ingredients and ice to the shaker. Shake VERY HARD for 20-30 seconds. Strain into glass and garnish with bitters.

*Demerara Syrup, 2:1 Demerara or Turbinado sugar to water. Stir over low heat until crystals are all dissolved. Let cool and refrigerate. Shelf life 2 weeks.
