Saved by the Belle
“Saved by the Belle” has been an excellent addition to our Spring/Summer cocktail line-up. Showcasing a phenomenal bourbon in a Tiki Style cocktail is perfect for Florida as well. Created by Meghan McCaskill at Prato in Winter Park, “Save by the Belle” features:
1.5 oz Belle Meade Sour Mash Bourbon
.75 oz House-made Rhubarb Simple
.75 oz Aperol
.75 oz Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Lemon Juice
Rigorous shake, and fine strain to aerate and assist with viscosity. We are garnishing with a Pineapple frond and Dehydrated Lemon wheel coming from the same fresh fruit and juice in the recipe maintaining sustainability.
