Sweet, simple and spirit-forward, this riff on a White Russian is extra indulgent with the addition of whipped cream infused with Louisa’s Liqueur.

1.5 oz Louisa’s Liqueur
1 oz Belle Meade Bourbon
.25 oz demerara syrup
Louisa’s Infused Whipped Cream
Add Louisa’s Liqueur, Belle Meade Bourbon and demerara to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with a generous spoonful of Louisa’s Infused Whipped Cream. Stir gently to allow the whipped cream to seep into the cocktail.
To prepare the whipped cream, whisk together 8 oz heavy whipping cream with 1 oz Louisa’s Liqueur, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and a pinch of kosher salt. Whip together until light and fluffy. Best enjoyed immediately but will keep in the refrigerator for one day.
